Melissa has worked with private business most of her career, starting in the banking industry after college before moving to the Northern Medina County Chamber Alliance. As the paid executive at the Chamber for 11 years, Melissa learned small business was a perfect fit. In 2018, Melissa ventured into entrepreneurism with her first business, Vesta Care, a small non-skilled home healthcare agency.
Even as a small child, Melissa has always had a passion for food. With this adventure, Simply Served Café is able to meld those businesses and passions together.
William has a diverse business experience from higher education to corporate supervising & managing. Joining the team at Simply Served Café awards him the opportunity to help grow a start-up company and build something from the ground up.
Our Blended Family
Bill and Melissa got married in 2020 during the pandemic and blended their families together. Melissa has two older sons 22 & 21 ...which have long term girlfriends. Bill has two daughters, 17 & 13 and a son 15. They also have custody of Bill's great nephew, 15. Life is full of activities and fun! Working together, although sometimes stressful gives them the opportunity to grow together as a team!
